Our standards for dog toys are based and tested according to the U.S. ASTM toy safety standards for children, which cover chemicals and heavy metals, physical properties, and flammability.
Our reputable testing facilities ensure total quality assurance of each dog toy, and dogs examine and test samples.

Our toys have been tested to ensure a high level of compression, puncture, and bite resistance (tested to withhold 300 Lb at 15,000 cycles) and tension and pull resistance (up to 275 LbF).

All KaiNiu toys are engineered with reinforced seams and heavy duty thread typically used for auto interiors. We didn't stop there. Toys are made with multiple rows of stitching and several fabric layers to ensure durability.
Our toys will last longer and are meticulously crafted based on shape and design. We use webbing, reinforcing strips, and invisible seams to increase durability.

Our signature knot, developed with the maritime industry's guidance, is made from 100% recycled cotton rope. It's engineered to prevent unraveling and is without frayed ends, making it more durable and safer for your dog.
Fayed ends can block and obstruct a dog's digestive tract, and we don't want that!
